FC Dila Gori’s European Journey Ends After a Brave Start
After an inspiring start to their UEFA Europa Conference League campaign, FC Dila Gori’s European journey has concluded its European journey for this season.
The team from the historic city of Gori began strongly, defeating Racing FC Union Luxembourg 3–1 on aggregate in the first qualifying round. This early success gave Georgian football a proud moment on the European stage and strengthened the sporting links between Georgia and Luxembourg.
In the next round, Dila Gori faced Riga FC in a thrilling contest that ended 4–5 on aggregate, resulting in their elimination from the competition. Despite the exit, the team demonstrated determination and quality, earning respect from international opponents.
